Returns and cancellations

Product-specific conditions

Cancellation and return arrangements depend on the confirmed order and applicable consumer rights. No common return address or fixed return period is stated for every offer in this catalogue.

Keep the order confirmation and use the contact details provided with the confirmed order for any cancellation or return request. Do not send goods to an address that has not been confirmed for that return.

Order forms on this website are currently inactive.
